Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional haircuts and styling services for children of all ages.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for kids and their parents.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair care needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in children's haircuts and styling techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and salon environment.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client flow.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
• Promote salon products and services to clients.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in children's haircuts and styling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with kids.
• Passion for hair styling and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
