As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth. What You’ll Do This role is equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and closer . You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and driving new business. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries Conduct outreach, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention Represent On The Move at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities What You Bring Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong relationship-building and client retention skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Industry experience in self-storage, real estate, trades, or home services is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and industry events What Success Looks Like Consistently generating and converting new business opportunities Building long-term, high-value client relationships Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to company growth Why On The Move?
