Where you drive, miles, and your schedule

• Consistent volume: Enjoy steady, predictable runs averaging close to 2,500 miles every single week.
• Shift choice: Tailor your driving routine with both daytime and nighttime windows available.
• Time at home: Maintain a real work-life balance with a fixed 14-day on-road and 2-day home rotation schedule.

Money, training pay, and fleet perks

• Solo operators: Earn an estimated gross of $1,200 to $1,400 each week.
• Paid apprenticeship: New school graduates receive $650 per week during a comprehensive 4-to-6 week road training process.
• Onboarding cash: Get $300 for completing your orientation, plus an extra $15 for every multi-stop drop required along your run.

What you need to get hired

• Valid and unrestricted Class A CDL.
• Certificate from an approved commercial driving academy (minimum 120-clock-hour curriculum).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record with zero major infractions or alcohol-related offenses (DUI) within the past 5 years.
• Compliance with standard DOT physicals and mandatory drug screening (utilizing both urine and hair sample analysis).
• Clear, verifiable, and consistent employment background history.
