About the Job Join our dynamic team at Jinya Ramen Bar in Buford! We are ideally located in The Exchange at Gwinnett. Job Details:
- Jinya Ramen Bar is looking for a Host/Hostess.
- Part-time or Full-time, depending on current needs.
- $10 - $12 hourly rate, plus tips.
- Greeting guests as they enter, and placing them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation for servers in mind.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu.
- Assist with To-Go orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in front of house.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.
