Sr. Pricing Analyst

Senior Pricing Analyst Senior Pricing Analyst will support regional customer pricing and assist in executing pricing strategies to maintain and expand new business within the McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services organization. The primary focus is collaborating with the Regional Sales organization to conduct financial analyses to determine customer, program, and item-level profitability for regional customers. Key Responsibilities Perform customer level profitability analysis for complex regional customers. Provide customer financial analyses to determine customer, program and item-level profitability. Lead ad hoc analysis to support Finance, Sales organizations, and other internal business partners. Identify opportunities for business development by building and maintaining strong sales and customer relationships to maximize share of wallet. Manage multiple projects within a highly matrixed environment. Minimum Requirements Degree (Bachelor’s) in Finance or a related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or finance analytics. Critical Skills Understanding of business management including P&L, ROI, scenario analysis, trend analysis, and break‑even analysis. Ability to build moderate to complex pricing models. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing multiple priorities. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. Uses judgement within defined policies and practices. Ability to navigate through complex issues, interpret and transform financial data into relevant and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems by determining an approach to solutions. Experience supporting sales teams is a plus (preferred). Previous healthcare, pharma experience, pharmaceuticals, and payer reimbursements (preferred). Salary & Benefits $82,700 – $137,900 annual base pay. 5% MIP or target budget salary between $100–$105K with 5% MIP.
