CLINICAL COORDINATOR – FULL-TIME

Dermatology Specialists of Greater Cincinnati is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Clinical Coordinator to join our Anderson office!

Monday–Friday | 5 Days a Week | No Evenings | No Weekends

This is a front-office position focused primarily on speaking with patients by phone and coordinating their care. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient questions and concerns, communicating with providers, processing prescription and medication requests, completing insurance precertifications, managing incoming faxes, obtaining lab results, handling iPLEDGE registrations, coordinating skin cancer follow-up letters, managing samples, and meeting with pharmaceutical and drug representatives.

The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while managing multiple tasks. Medical office or dermatology experience is preferred.
