Forward Dental - Oak Creek - South Main is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical support skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to help create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming patient experience. Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience Experience Required: Minimum of 2–3 years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry is strongly preferred. Candidates with specialty experience are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
