Cake DecoratorThe Bakery Specialist/Cake Decorator is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Bakery Specialist/Cake Decorator produces high quality cakes and baked goods, maintains department conditions, to include proper ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the Bakery department. The Bakery Specialist/Cake Decorator provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers.Requirements:Ability to represent and support Big Y's culture of caring while living our Mission & Vision.Supports Big Y's commitment to Culture & Belonging.Must be proficient in cake decorating and ordering (as assigned) for the entire sales areas of the bakery department.Must project a clean and professional appearance.Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store.Must be 18 years of age or older.Pay Details $17.00 - 23.50 Pay Rate Type HourlyBig Y 434 Walpole Street NORWOOD, MA 02062
