Job Summary Gather, analyze, and document manufacturing business requirements and process workflows. Conduct workshops with production, quality, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define MES requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend MES-based solutions. Act as the liaison between business users, developers, testers, and project teams. Support solution design reviews, testing activities, UAT, deployment, and end-user training. Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. Ensure MES solutions meet business needs, compliance requirements, and operational objectives.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MES platforms (Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FTPC, Apriso, etc.). Understanding of manufacturing operations, production, quality, inventory, and traceability processes. Business process analysis and requirements management. Functional specification and documentation skills. Stakeholder management and communication. Experience with UAT, validation, and change management.

Key Responsibilities 1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. 2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. 3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). 4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
