An established local manufacturer in Vance County is adding to their production team. WE are currently pre-screening for 2+ positions in the Picker / Shipping department. As a Picker / Packer you will use your picking experience to fill orders with accuracy for the product choice, count, and label accordingly.

An established local manufacturer in Vance County is adding to their production team. WE are currently pre-screening for 2+ positions in the Picker / Shipping department. As a Picker / Packer you will use your picking experience to fill orders with accuracy for the product choice, count, and label accordingly.
Highlights of the Job:
- You will process incoming orders promptly and accurately.
- Retrieve products from their designated locations with care and attention to detail.
- Verify all products and quantities against the provided Packing Slip to ensure accuracy.
- You will accurately record all pulled material data accurately into the computer or handheld device.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, always prioritizing a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by supervisors.
What We Are Looking For:
- Dependable team player who is also able to work independently
- Strong Attention to Detail and pride in a job well done.
- Ability to learn and operate labeling, box closing and other various shipping equipment
- Ability to use a rolling staircase / step ladder
- 2 years continuous manufacturing experience
- Note: this is a non-climate-controlled manufacturing space
- Possible Saturday overtime required
