Attorney Lawyer Insurance Company Litigation Policy Development Transaction _.

Provide general legal advice and assistance in U.S. Hospital, Healthcare & Medical Organizations employment-related matters.

• Respond to requests for legal assistance or analysis regarding employment-related topics such as safety, training, leave absence management, accommodation inquires, equal employment policies and related exceptions, etc.

• Research, draft, and review employment-related legal documents, policies, and correspondence, including restrictive covenants, employment agreements, and other employment-related transactional matters.

• Provide litigation support including discovery collection, document review, discovery production, review of pleadings, drafting administrative responses, etc.

• Maintain company compliance with the employment-related laws and regulations.

• Provide research, drafting, litigation, and other legal support.
