School Van Driver (Non-CDL) – No CDL Required!

Can start as monitor while we help you get the endorsement.
Convenient parking option: Qualified drivers may take their van home if they have safe, off-road parking available.
Local routes serving Bloomfield, Windsor, Windsor Locks, and Enfield.
Make a positive difference in students' lives every day.

Job Responsibilities

Safely transport students along assigned routes.
Monitor students and help ensure their safety and well-being during each trip.
Assist students with getting in and out of the van.
Communicate with school staff, parents, and students in a professional and respectful manner.
Report behavioral concerns and any issues that may affect student safety.
Follow emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
Use a mobile app for daily routes and job-related tasks.
Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
At least 3 years of driving experience in Connecticut.
Valid driver's license with the required Connecticut V endorsement .
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
Available for early morning routes.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to student safety and professional conduct.
