Via Health, Fitness and Enrichment Center is a mission-driven nonprofit senior center dedicated to enhancing the
quality of life for older adults through programs, services, and community engagement. With over 50 years of service to Mobile and surrounding communities, we provide impactful programs and resources that promote health, independence, and social connection for seniors across our region.
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and community impact.
Position Summary
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and strategic leader of the organization, responsible for overall management, including financial oversight, program excellence, grant development, and staff leadership. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will ensure the organization fulfills its mission while maintaining strong fiscal health and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, or related field

Compensation & Benefits
