Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Pulmonary Rehabilitation Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at Adira Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. As an RRT, you will play a vital role in helping patients manage chronic respiratory conditions and improve their overall health and well-being. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong understanding of respiratory therapy principles. Responsibilities Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with chronic respiratory diseases Work closely with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory interventions Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence Operate and maintain pulmonary function testing equipment, as well as other respiratory therapy devices and equipment Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes Document patient data and treatment plans accurately and effectively Requirements Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Adira nursing and rehab
