Machine Operator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team in McDonough, GA. This is a first shift position, ideal for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role.
Schedule
First Shift: 8 AM 5 PM (MondayFriday)
Overtime may be available based on production needs
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform basic troubleshooting
- Conduct routine quality checks and document production data
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience preferred (manufacturing or production environment)
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
