Flex Security Officer - On-Call - $19/hr

Position We are currently hiring Flex Security Officers for the Bowling Green, OH area to work on‑call/as needed. All shifts and days are available. Pay rate $19.00/hr with weekly pay. Responsibilities Operate as a Flex Officer: receive training at various posts based on operational need. Work shifts as they become available due to staffing needs, covering any shift within stated availability. Accept at least 80% of short‑notice call‑in shifts; refusal of more than 20% may impact employment. Perform duties per Post Orders and SOP; act quickly and efficiently. Stand or walk for extended periods; write reports; analyze situations, solve problems, make decisions under pressure. Work independently; communicate written instructions clearly. Requirements Reliable transportation. Preferred: one year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement. Excellent customer service skills. Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods. Exceptional report writing skills. Ability to analyze situations mentally, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure. Ability to work independently. Read and understand written instructions and communicate information clearly.
