Licensed Therapist

Licensed Therapist

You're a talented therapist seeking a supportive community to grow your private practice career. You value social justice and want to work in a setting that affirms human diversity. Perhaps you're recently licensed or new to private practice and looking for a place that can offer the guidance needed to thrive. Maybe you've tried one of those new "national websites" that charges you a monthly subscription but rarely sends you a new client... Or maybe you've already tried one of those "corporate private practice jobs" where you've been overworked and under-appreciated.

We've all been exactly where you find yourself in this moment.

Welcome to Framework Associates!

We're a therapist-owned, therapist-led private practice based in Los Angeles. Our group is made up of exceptional therapists who believe therapy should be affordable and accessible to all. We celebrate human diversity and consider social justice in our work. We know it can be lonely in private practice, so our office culture prioritizes warmth, supportiveness, and mutual support. As therapists ourselves, we know how important self-care can be, so we offer paid time off and flexible work schedules. And last but not least, we value transparency, which is why we offer a crystal-clear pay structure that doesn't over-promise in an interview, only to under-deliver when your paycheck arrives.

Additional Highlights:

· Work From Home Available! You may work from home, in our North Hollywood office, or do a hybrid schedule of both.

· Quick Onboarding! We'll handle 100% of your credentialing and client marketing, no need to network or recruit your own clients. Framework's therapists usually have a full caseload 5-6 weeks after signing their contract.

· Flexible Schedule & Parent Friendly! Set your own schedule and work the hours you want. Parent-friendly programs are in place to help recruit clients during typical school hours. Dependent care accounts are available to help you save on childcare.

· Minimal Clerical Work! Simply conduct the session and write a brief note. We'll handle your client recruitment, scheduling, billing, and outside referrals.

· Competitive, Transparent Income! Unlike some of our corporate competitors, we don't utilize a convoluted pay structure. Our pay structure is simple, clear, and transparent.

· Plus Benefits! We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all employees which includes paid time off, 401(k) matching, childcare savings accounts, and free continuing education. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to receive health, vision, and dental insurance.

· Private Practice Coaching! Licensed therapists with existing private practices, or those interested in launching their own practice in the future, are welcome to apply. We believe non-compete clauses aren't in anyone's best interest, and we try to support our therapists in their private practice journey. Each summer we run a structured 8-week workshop for our trainees on concrete strategies to launch, market, and grow their own dream practice. Our licensed therapists are welcome to voluntarily join the workshop if they're interested.

Requirements:

"I love the flexibility and supportive environment at Framework… I choose my own hours and am encouraged to take time off for self-care. Without having to do my own marketing, my caseload is always filled with amazing clients. Framework supported me in developing a group therapy program and creating a professional bio that attracts populations I am passionate about working with….Most of all, I appreciate that Framework accepts insurance so care is more accessible to clients. Providing accessible care is an important value for me, and having administrative staff who take care of billing makes the process easy for clinicians….As a result, I get to focus on the work I want to do, not the work I have to do." - Jamie Gamboa, Psy.D.

"Framework has been the ideal company to transition into private practice work as a newly licensed therapist. Having one on one support and a staff that supports my ideas and needs has been seamless. I appreciate the ability to work with clients who align with my niche and style of work while also having the space for continued growth and learning. I am excited to continue my work with Framework and see where things go in the future." - Myra Hollis, LMFT
