Outreach Practitioner: Drug & Alcohol Support
Allscreens Nationwide Ltd
Via is seeking an outreach practitioner for our Gloucestershire Service to deliver street-based drug and alcohol interventions to rough sleepers and those at risk of homelessness. You will manage a small, complex caseload, deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions, support recovery and aftercare planning, and provide high quality, person-centred, low-threshold services tailored to diverse needs.
