Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time)
• Weekend availability is required

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (catering or banquet experience a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance; must follow uniform guidelines
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to drive a commercial van is a plus
• Servsafe Food Handlers Certificate is required

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, polished food and beverage service to guests
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations
• Execute plated, buffet, and passed service according to event standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace throughout the event
• Follow direction from captains and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining areas
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other job-related duties such as packing, loading and unloading vans
