Enrollment Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Office Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Answer phones and emails and direct to appropriate person
- Provide callers with information such as enrollment process, school events, office hours.
- Greet and give visitors information.
- Help and give students information they need regarding school events and transportation.
- Serve as translator for phone calls/ messages/meetings.
- Review Synergy queue each day for new students and schedule enrollments.
- Identify ELL, Homeless, SPED students upon enrollment and notify appropriate personnel.
- Contact Parent for enrollment interview
- Encourage them to bring required docs and transcript, discipline, and/or IEP (not required)
- Request documentation from previous school if needed.
- Create an electronic file in google drive for upcoming interviews. Include enrollment packet and any attached documents.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent and creative computer skills, including the use of Google, posting on different platforms, and visual and written editing of websites
- High school diploma and some college preferred
- At least one year of experience as a receptionist or in customer service, including outstanding phone etiquette
