Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating reservations, lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
• Provide travel guidance and support throughout the planning process
• Communicate with clients using phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual tools
• Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm availability and finalize travel arrangements
• Track booking details, itinerary updates, and client requests
• Maintain accurate client profiles, reservations, and travel documentation
• Stay updated on destination information, travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
• Deliver professional and personalized service from initial inquiry through trip completion

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, sales, or service-based industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client needs
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-focused
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or many other approved regions
