Bilingual in English and Spanish  Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, HSE tracking or reporting systems, incident and corrective-action documentation, spreadsheet-based data analysis, presentation preparation, email communication, and maintaining accurate electronic records WE VALUEAdvanced degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field  Strong leadership and team management skills  Certification in Health Safety and Environmental from accredited organizations, ISO45000 or IS)14001 auditor training, first aid/CPR, forklift or powered industrial truck safety knowledge, and/or industrial hygiene awareness. Conduct inspections and GEMBAs Validate risk assessments Support contractor safety Review management of change impacts Maintain compliance tasks and documentation Coach supervisors and employees Analyze HSE metrics Lead or support incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are completed on time and verified for effectiveness.
