SuperintendentPosition Overview The Superintendent will oversee construction projects within K-12 and healthcare sectors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires effective management of on-site operations, coordination with subcontractors, and communication with project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of construction projects from start to finish.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as necessary.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Prepare and submit reports on project status to stakeholders and upper management.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically in K-12 and healthcare projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
