Project Manager - Healthcare/Commercial ConstructionLocation: Indianapolis, INSalary: $95K-$130K (salary depends on experience) Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a background in a combination of ground up Commercial, Healthcare, K12, Assisted Living Projects and be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and success.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that arise.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a background in a combination of ground up Commercial, Healthcare, K12, Assisted Living Projects or other relevant experience Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.Familiarity with Ground Up and Design Build projects is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.Candidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the application process!BenefitsFull Benefits Included
