Safety Consultant (Construction)

Salary Salary commensurate with experience. Description The Safety Consultant will apply their expertise to promote and improve clients’ safety programs through on-site safety inspections, written safety programs, and safety training presentations. [Spanish-speaking a plus] Basic Requirements Approximately 3-8 years of experience in safety, loss control, or risk management. Bachelor’s degree or qualified/relevant experience in Occupational Safety and Health and/or related field. Comprehensive understanding of OSHA standards - position would primarily be in the construction industry. Strong oral and written communication skills when delivering safety training and/or interacting with clients. Capable of acquiring and applying detailed technical and regulatory information in a practical manner. Good organizational skills and the ability to plan and work independently with minimal supervision in a home-based office environment. Ability to work well in a team.
