You won't just be completing tasks; you'll be building relationships, restoring independence, and bringing comfort to families who need to know their loved one is in good hands.This role is well-suited to someone with experience in home care or assisted living settings, especially with seniors, individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's, or those with developmental disabilities — but what matters most to us is your character.What You'll DoProvide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities and personal careCreate a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by following infection control best practicesOffer steady, patient companionship to clients with memory care needs, including those receiving hospice supportSupport emotional well-being through genuine connection — conversation, presence, and careCommunicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and your care teamHelp clients maintain their independence and sense of self, one day at a timeWhat We're Looking ForExperience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving settingA reliable vehicle and the ability to safely transport clients as neededExperience with senior care, hospice, dementia, or memory care is a strong plusA team player who brings empathy, patience, and genuine warmth to their workCPR/First Aid certification preferred (we're happy to support you in getting certified)Most importantly: a heart for service and a commitment to treating every client like familyWhy SYNERGYWe invest in our Care Professionals the same way we ask you to invest in our clients — with respect, growth opportunities, and real support.
