24/7 Shelter Program Lead

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Program Supervisor for the 24/7 men's shelter, leading Shelter Monitors and coordinating day-to-day operations. You will ensure safety and service quality for around 250 clients per shift. The role calls for a High School diploma, at least 2 years in direct homeless service, and 3 years of supervisory experience with 5+ subordinates. On-site schedule Tue–Sat, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a strong emphasis on supervision and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities
