Johns Hopkins Bayview Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Imaging helps to diagnose and care for patients with the ollowing common conditions:
- Heart Failure
- Heart Valve Disease
- Aneurysm
We are currently searching for a PRN Senior Cardiac Songrapher to join out elite team. As a cardiac sonographer you will:
- perform an extensive range of cardiac ultrasound studies (Transthorastic, Exercise, Pharmacologic Stress Echocardiograms, etc.)
- provide education and clinical instruction to cardiac sonography student and cadiology fellows
- access and correlate patient's medical history and provide proper documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Program (CAAHEPP) - accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program
- BS in Diagnostic Ultrasound preferred
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCS) by Cardiac Credentialing International (CCI)
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) perferred but not required
- Two (2) years of cardiac experience in a hospital setting
Shift:
PRN (as needed)
Day Shift
7:30am-4:00pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm
Monday-Friday
Some Saturday coverage

Salary Range: Minimum 57.00/hour - Maximum 57.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
