Inventory Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join a growing team. This role combines inventory management, warehouse coordination, and hands-on technology work. You'll be responsible for preparing equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, assembling product kits, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Verify shipments for accuracy and complete inventory documentation. Label, track, and maintain inventory using computer software. Load software and firmware onto electronic equipment. Assemble product kits according to order requirements. Coordinate shipments to multiple locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization. Use Microsoft Office and inventory management software to track orders and inventory. Follow safety procedures and assist with general warehouse responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
