Job Description
The Receptionist Job Duties are as follows : Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security log book of all onsite visitors by utilizing a guest “sign in” system called “ENVOY” & issuing visitor badges. Provide Clerical support as needed for office staff. Light office duties.
M-F, 8am-4:30pm, Temp to hire opportunity!
