Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships and create lifelong customers
• Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the right vehicles and products
• Become a product expert and confidently demonstrate features and technology
• Handle objections and succeed in a sales-driven environment
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager on goals and performance

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn

Training Program

• Guaranteed income during trainingminimum $2,500/month for the first 90 days
