- Solid working knowledge or exposure to Node.js .
- Strong conceptual and working understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to ensure smooth frontend-to-backend integration.
- Partner with multiple internal teams to coordinate, implement, and track A/B testing configurations to optimize customer-facing applications.
- Hands-on experience embedding AI development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) into your daily coding workflow.
Preferred Qualifications (\"Big Plus\")
- Direct experience setting up and managing experiments via Optimizely .
- Prior experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or Supply Chain technology sectors.
