• M-F schedule, may include rotating weekend day with weekday flex day
• 36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 available upon request
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Productivity target of 88% -- confirmed during interview
• EMR: NetHealth (Rehab Optima)
• SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab experience required; new grads considered
• 13+ weeks of coverage

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
