If you are confident in neuromodulation, comfortable managing complex pelvic pain and urologic conditions, and motivated by production-based earnings, this position offers exceptional upside. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a skilled, independent clinician who can contribute immediately. Compensation Designed for High Performers Strong Guaranteed Base Salary: $160,000 $180,000 (DOE) Aggressive Productivity Bonus Structure Procedure-Based Incentive Pay (InterStim trials & implants) Annual Income Potential: $200K+ for productive providers CME allowance Full benefits package Malpractice covered 401(k) options High producers will be compensated like high producers. What Youll Be Doing Advanced Clinical Management Evaluate and manage chronic pain and pelvic pain patients Diagnose and treat overactive bladder, urinary retention, IC, and complex urologic conditions Independently manage follow-ups and treatment plans Medication management within evidence-based guidelines InterStim & Neuromodulation Leadership Evaluate candidates for sacral neuromodulation Perform or assist with InterStim trials and permanent implants Device programming and troubleshooting Build and expand the neuromodulation service line Interventional Collaboration Work alongside interventional pain physicians Assist in advanced procedures as needed Participate in practice growth and service expansion Who We Want PA-C with active license and DEA 2+ years experience in Pain Management or Urology Direct InterStim experience REQUIRED Comfortable in a procedural environment Strong clinical confidence and decision-making ability Growth mindset and production-driven attitude Why This Role Is Different Established referral network Procedure-heavy environment Leadership that supports autonomy Real earning potential (not capped RVUs) Opportunity to build a niche within neuromodulation If you want to work in a system where productivity is rewarded and your skillset is valued, this is that opportunity.
