Trial Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Washington, DC, with remote work considered. Duties Prepare cases for trial and arbitration lead or assist trial teams Manage complex litigation, including discovery and motion practice Conduct and defend depositions Engage in all aspects of pre-trial discovery Draft and respond to motions draft briefs Present case strategy at trials in complex class action litigation Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 8+ years of trial and deposition experience Strong academic credentials and robust analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction preference for candidates licensed in Washington, D.C., California, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, or Illinois Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage complex litigation and work effectively in a team.
