You’re the guest’s connection to the diner. You help create a perfect dining experience by taking food orders, keeping drinks filled, and serving meals. You also act as an advisor and conversationalist, ensuring guests feel cared for. Responsibilities Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and delivering great food. Suggesting new menu items such as limited‑time offerings or flavored coffees. Receiving payment for the cashier and making correct change. Willfully assisting team members without being asked.
