Manufacturing Production Operator / General Laborer

Location: Morris, IL
Union Position

All shifts available 

Pay Range 20.09-$20.70

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Mix batches of materials according to established formulas and specifications
• Pick and gather raw materials needed for production formulas
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards
• Perform general labor duties throughout the plant as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related tasks

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to accurately follow formulas, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be reliable and committed to excellent attendance

This is a true manufacturing plant environment. The facility is not temperature controlled, so employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year.
