Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals. Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor pricing. Support preconstruction team across multiple projects. Collaborate with operations on budgets and scope alignment. The Successful Applicant
2-10 years' estimating experience in construction. Background in multifamily projects required. Experience with a general contractor required. Strong analytical and cost management skills. Effective communicator in team environments.
What's On Offer
Salary: $90,000-$130,000 + benefits. 3 weeks PTO + 1 week personal + 13 holidays. 401(k) match + health, dental, vision (or $500 stipend). Long-term growth with expanding project pipeline.
