我们正在为一所上海的国际高中招聘Head of Boarding，到岗时间为尽快。 岗位职责指定宿制部门的战略领导和发展，支持学校的理念、目标和政策，促进寄宿生活各个领域的高水平成就 识别并敏感应对文化差异,确保在寄宿社区和宿舍中有明显、积极的存在，以便与所有寄宿生建立联系在寄宿员工、教师、学生和家长之间建立和维护积极的关系 将寄宿学生的福利作为首要考虑事项,始终以“代替父母”的身份行事，并遵守学校保障和健康安全程序参加并积极参与各类必要会议监督寄宿团队的工作，包括阿姨、寄宿辅导员和住在学校的老师，并定期与他们会面，讨论寄宿事宜，确保宿舍之间的一致性，尤其是在寄宿规定和福利问题方面 负责领导和管理寄宿团队的所有成员 与护士和健康中心、设施/安全团队联系，指导宿舍支持人员履行职责 确保寄宿宿舍的顺利运行，以确保满足学生的身心福利需求 任职要求本科及以上专业良好的交流能力，中英文流利薪资福利月薪：20-25k
