Hospitality Associate

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana Time Commitment: Approximately 32-40 hours Anticipated Schedule: Flexible - including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Role The Hospitality Associate is an on-site facilitator for guest experience during their stay. You will have end-to-end ownership over the guest experience onsite. Responsibilities Check guests in, assist with local area recommendations, communicate and prioritize with Housekeeping, work seamlessly with our regional GX team, identify upsell and revenue opportunities, maintain the lobby and hotel vibe, address any guest needs, tour the property and assist guests to their unit, and deliver 5-star service to guests and team members. Communicate with guests via text, phone, email, WhatsApp, Slack; prioritize guest needs and deliver phenomenal service. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Required Attributes Guest-Centric Mindset: Multiple years of experience in a hospitality or service industry working backwards from the guests’ needs. Proactive Communicator: Clear, concise, and proactive communication across teams and external partners. Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern technology tools and effectively uses them to complete daily work. Reliable & Consistent: Punctual and willing to work nights and weekends. Handy: Comfortable using a toolkit, both physically and metaphorically. Functional Self-Management: Works with minimal supervision and manages own time effectively. Change Advocate: Thrives in constant change, adapts to new processes, technology, and procedures. Process Minded: Executes established processes with precision and surfaces deficiencies that negatively impact guest experience. Required Policy Information This role requires reliable transportation to and from work. Expected Results Role Objective 1: Drive quality outcomes through increased guest satisfaction. Team members are located all over the country and come from diverse backgrounds. Remuneration Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour. Base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
