Senior Project ManagerThis senior-level project management role involves overseeing complex network transformation initiatives within the information technology sector. The position requires a highly experienced professional capable of managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of infrastructure changes. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesTrack progress on assigned technology projects, including milestones, deadlines, and issue resolution.Lead comprehensive project delivery for network relocations, site closures, network decommissioning, and greenfield network deployments.Develop, maintain, and update detailed project documentation such as project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and work breakdown structures.Provide consistent project status updates aligned with client and internal reporting standards.Facilitate cross-team collaboration across network engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders.Create actionable workflows to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues during project execution.Coordinate efforts to resolve roadblocks and maintain project stability and momentum.Manage project communication, reporting, and documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability in project leadership.Use industry-leading project management tools and automation solutions, including Power BI, to enhance visibility, reporting, and efficiency.QualificationsMinimum of 15 years' experience in the information technology industry with at least 10 years in project management.Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including network relocations, site closures, and greenfield deployments.Strong knowledge of core networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and SD-WAN.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.In-depth experience with project tracking and reporting tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, and SharePoint.Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Currently residing in the NY, NJ, CT, or PA region and willing to work on a hybrid schedule.Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $63.00 hourlyLocation Requirements: Hybrid
