We are an exciting new Kia dealership locatedin the rapidly growing community of Southaven, MS, and we’re building our sales team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up while representing one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry.

About the Role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You’ll help customers find the perfectnew or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? You're perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone

• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle

• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals

• Maintain knowledge of Kia products, features, and incentives

• Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidates

• Strong communication and people skills

• High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
