Pay Range: $30.50 - $46.80

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

We have an excellent opportunity for Winter 2026 graduate nurses looking to transition into a rewarding nursing career. You are eligible to start as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester of school and transition right into your RN position once you obtain your license!

Position Specifics:

• Departments: Medical-Surgical
• Core Function: Nursing Students
• Schedule: 36 hrs/wk, Nights, 7p-7a
• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
• Clinic Location: Breese, IL
• Sign On: Up to $10,000 Compensation that aligns with your experience

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
