Senior Family Law Attorney

We are working with a growing law firm, looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 4+ years of family law experience, in addition to matrimonial experience. Requirements: 4+ years of Family Law experience 2+ years of matrimonial experience Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing Responsibilities: Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of cases Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed The annual salary for this position is between 160k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
