We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Shelley, Idaho.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, accurately diagnose problems, and complete repairs efficiently. This is a full-time, year-round position with no weekend schedule .
What We Offer
● $40,000–$100,000 annual earning potential
● Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
● No weekends
● Aflac supplemental/secondary insurance
● Consistent full-time work
● Established shop and steady repair volume
● Opportunity to earn more based on experience and productivity
Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
● 5+ years of experience preferred
● Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
● Able to perform repairs independently
● Dependable and able to maintain good productivity
● Valid driver’s license
● Must have your own basic automotive tools
Experience with diagnostics, electrical, engine repair, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and general automotive repair.
We are especially interested in an experienced technician who can diagnose vehicles rather than simply replace parts. Compensation will reflect your experience, skill level, and productivity.
