Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead affordable housing initiatives, focusing on 4% LIHTC and bond deals. You will manage Development Directors and a Director of Real Estate Closings & Entitlements, directing strategy, pipeline execution and financing collaborations to close projects on time and within budget.
