Custodian - part time (2nd shift)

Job Description Summary The Custodian performs cleaning duties within Draper's buildings, removing trash, cleaning assigned areas, restocking supplies, mopping and disinfecting, and keeping areas orderly. Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing the lining of trash cans. Cleaning and servicing restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Restocking supplies. Assisting with floor stripping and waxing using high‑speed buffing machines. Performing other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions. Skilled in operating various floor cleaning and buffing machines. Education High School Education or equivalent is preferred. Experience 0‑2 years of experience in a custodial or related role. Additional Requirements Applicants selected for this position may be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Job Location Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139‑3563, United States.
