Business Immigration Attorney

Job Overview Law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Casper, WY, with the possibility of remote work from Arizona or Colorado. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in immigration law, focusing on employment-based visa matters. Duties Handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, and dependent applications. Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings. Engage in consular processing and I-9 compliance. Assist with U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in immigration law. Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community. Experience in consular processing and I-9 compliance preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the United States. Skills Strong understanding of employment-based visa processes. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
