Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $195,000 $295,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

• Health Insurance: Employer covers more than 70% of premium

Role & Responsibilities

• Choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care

• Treat adults, children, or both based on your comfort and experience

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care and behavioral health professionals

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Participate in crisis intervention, counseling, and patient education as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry

• Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred

• Comfortable treating a diverse patient population

• Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach
