Learning Experience Leader As a Learning Experience Leader you will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in the organization. You will design and expand training and development programs aligned with product‑specific training methodologies and initiatives. Responsibilities Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity and character. Create and deliver end‑user, partner and distributor training, including curriculum, training and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement. Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs. Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training. Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization. Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials. Develop and create effective induction programs. Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers. Audit trainees in the field to ensure strict adherence to company policies. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e‑learning techniques and identify where they are relevant. Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning. Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct. Qualifications Proven experience in designing and delivering training and development programs. Strong content development and instructional design skills. Experience with e‑learning package creation and delivery. Excellent communication, facilitation and motivational skills. Ability to analyze training needs and adapt programs accordingly. Roadside Assistance Specialist As a Roadside Assistance Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of passengers and the continued operation of our fleet with minimal delays. You will act as the rescue expert for troubleshooting vehicle mission errors and obstacles that may impede successful rides. Responsibilities Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety inside and outside of vehicles. Demonstrate situational awareness and understanding of the technology in your care. Act as the deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, engineers and the public. Provide assistance to stranded motorists. Operate or drive in single or dual driving mode for 6–8 hours a day, five days a week. Respond quickly to changing and potentially high‑pressure environments. Work mostly individually but also in small groups of 2–10 people. Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and documentation of procedures and tests. Interact with the public and educate them on self‑driving technology. Operate self‑driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes in various environmental conditions. Conduct data recording operations and support safe recovery of autonomous vehicles. Apply safety procedures to any situation involving the rescue of a self‑driving car. Exercise customer service while assisting passengers to disembark and board rescue vehicles. Comply with company zero‑tolerance policies for alcohol or drugs during shifts. Assist in emergency roadside assistance calls within specified SLAs. Drive safely to and from destinations following all state, local and DOT regulations. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required; a four‑year college degree preferred. Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience on public roads. Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications. Problem solver and critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and longer hours. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 45 pounds and operate vehicle systems. Knowledge of driving in professional settings such as delivery trucks and congested city zones is an advantage.
